- As a Chinese language teacher in Tooele where is difficult to find a Chinese speaking substitute teacher, I am glad to see almost all EYE training time slot were set up at after school hours so I didn't need to worry about finding a Chinese speaking substitute teacher. At the time I completed EYE training program for second year teachers, I am signing up for a course named "Foundations of Dual Language Immersion" to obtain my Dual Language Immersion endorsement. In order to reach license level 2, I will spend my summer time to study and prepare with the Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT) test.
